Why an HP 17bII+?

The HP 17bII+ is the financial calculator for those who would rather read than remember: every value has its name on the display, every calculation its menu, and what has no menu the equation Solver handles. RPN 17bII+ brings it to the iPhone, iPad and Mac, in algebraic entry or in RPN. Its keystroke-driven sibling, the HP 12C, is RPN 12C; the scientific calculators are RPN 15C, RPN 35s and RPN 32sII.

About the calculator

The app contains no HP software and needs no ROM: the calculator was written from its user's guide alone, its worked examples serving as tests. The network is used only to download one of HP's manuals when you ask for it; everything else stays on your device.
